Question 1

I have 4 sticks of 4 GB each, i also have them running at 1600 MHz, my motherboard and CPU support 1866 MHz, will these sticks be able to run at 1866?

What mobo and cpu are you running?  This ram will run at 1866 overclocked. But you will reduce the life of the ram and see very, very minimal gains. It wouldn't likely even be noticable with a that small of a jump. I run the same ram in my machine, it's excellent memory and you probably won't benefit from overclocking at all. I would stick with stock values.  Just make sure xmp profile is enabled in the bios, otherwise this ram runs at 1333mhz.

Most likely no, look up the model number of your laptop and see if the size dimensions on this ram and your laptops ram slot are the same.

would this ram be good for gaming?

Yes. However, if you are buying an "APU" (a cpu with a built in GPU, and you're not using a dedicated graphics card), you might want to look at higher speed ram, as higher speed ram can make a big difference using an APU. These are 1600 speed, there are 1886 speed and 2033 speed ones. This is because graphics cards use their own built in ram, and do not use the systems ram like APU's do. However, the performance with a graphics card is negligible for normal gaming. However, these are a good choice  ow.

Question 4

when i originally built my PC i ordered two 4GB sticks that both have the same model # as this one listed (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9) one of my sticks has gone bad and needs replacing but when i look at the 4GB stick on here it has a different model #. So my question is will the 4GB single stick with different model # work with the model number listed here? i'm assuming the model #'s are different only because of the way they are sold 8GB set vs 4GB set. Am i correct in thinking this?

My guess is that Newegg's photos may not be accurate if that's where you're seeing the other model #. A quick google search turned up a shot of the back of one of these 8GB kits and the box has two slits where you can see the model number of the individual sticks. They match the the model number on the box. Ultimately if the sticks look the same, have the same model number as the one you have... well... if it looks and quacks like a duck my friend. :)

Can memory from different manufactures be used on the same motherboard if all specs match? I want to add additional memory to my system, but the memory I current have is out of stock at newegg. Thanks.

Is it compatible with intel i7 4820k?

It's matter if it's comparable with the motherboard you are going to use for your ram. For this kind is has to be a 240 pin slot and the board need to support 1333mhz. This ram runs at 1600 since it's over clocked version of ram it's default run speed is 1333. Which board are you going to get or already using?

Question 7

Two Questions :P
 One, when I first booted it up it read as 1333mHz, why?
 Two, when I run memtest it doesn't show any errors, it just shuts off.

Most DDR3 1600 RAM will set automatically to 1333MHz.  It's not a problem, just make sure you set it up to DDR3 1600.

As for the second question, I'm not entirely sure.  I rarely use memtest, but it may just shut off as the system finds no errors that would need to be tested further.

Everything I've read in the specs and on the Asus website leads me to believe that these would work on the Sabertooth X58 MB.  I installed three dims in A1, B1, and C1 and it is reading only 4 GB total.  What would be my next step in this situation?

Is 4 GB the TOTAL ! ! ! RAM for the unit, or are you misreading the unit and only looking at each dimm/slots, assuming each RAM has a total on 4 GB of memory. The total should be 12 GB for the unit, and each dimm will have 4 GB. Let me know, ty.
