Pros: Wanted one workstation to rule them all, not have a laptop for coding and desktop for gaming, rather a single workstation that can do both. This MSI laptop is doing the trick. Running COD Cold War at Max settings and hitting constant 180 to 200 FPS, love it. Nice 512GB NVMe drive for installing applications on. WIFI 6 capable so there's the next purchase. 17in monitor can fit Android studio and emulator on same screen without bouncing back and forth. Expected the fan to be much louder but really not noticeable unless your trying to hear it. Seems to stay cool even after hours of gaming. 6 cores 12 logical processors gets stuff done.

Cons: 1TB secondary drive is a platter drive, replace it with a 1TB SSD. Sticker on bottom of laptop says you void warranty if you open the laptop. I contacted MSI and was assured opening up the laptop to replace drive will not void warranty.

Windows 10 home with bloatware. Reloaded with windows 10 pro.

Missed Black Friday Guarantee by 1 day, could have saved even more cash.

Overall Review: Great laptop. 30 series graphics wont be around for another year so the 2070 is still a force in this laptop. Price per performance is outstanding, other vendors have the same specs for much more. (Talking to you Alienware). Very happy with this laptop. Will see how Cyberpunk plays on it if it ever comes out.

Pros: I could get 100-90 FPS in battlefield 1 and cod war zone

Cons: Deceased about 20 FPS after a few weeks of using the laptop

Overall Review: Good laptop but after a few weeks of using it the fans stopped working properly and then the FPS dropped in all games also when I first got the laptop I couldn't play it for a week straight because for some reason it was locked in at 30 FPS in every game I installed
