Once again, PAX East will be taking place in Boston on April 22-24 and once again, Newegg will be in the house showcasing the latest in tech and gaming gear plus hosting daily tournaments and giveaways. Check out the rundown of Newegg’s presence at PAX East 2016:
The Newegg Booth
Newegg’s booth is back at PAX East and as always we’ll have the latest in desktops and notebooks, including the new ACER Predator G6 Desktop, the ACER Predator 15” Notebook, the new Lenovo Y700 Laptop and the amazing looking ABS P5 Desktop on display. We’ll also have the brand new Overwatch-branded keyboard and mouse from Razer.
In addition to the excellent tech on display, we’ll have daily booth activities with appearances and autograph sessions Ryzen, Noxious, and superjj of the compLexity Gaming eSports Team. Lucky gamers will also be able to challenge compLexity team members to Hearthstone matches to win some major prizes.
But don’t fret, if you’re not a Hearthstone player, Newegg will also be giving away tons of gear everyday through raffles and giveaways at the booth, so make sure to stop by. Even if you don’t win anything, we’ll have everything from notebooks and motherboards to mice and keyboards for sale at the booth!
The Newegg Panel
Titled “The Cutting Edge of PC Gaming with Newegg,” our panel will take place on Sunday morning at 10 a.m. in the Dragonfly Theatre. Moderated by compLexity Gaming founder Jason Lake, the panel will feature Chris Geiser, Head of US SSD Sales at Samsung, Robert Hallock, Head of Global Technical Marketing at AMD, Chris Pate, Logitech Senior Product Manager, and Stan Press, Managing Director, Digital and Gaming at Magid Advisors. We’ll be discussing the latest in PC gaming technology, the explosion of virtual reality gaming, and the relationship between competitive gaming and PC hardware. This is one discussion you don’t want to miss!
The Newegg Hearthstone Open
For all of you die-hard Hearthstone players, Newegg will be hosting 64-seat tournaments every single day during PAX East in Newegg’s meeting room #106. Signups for the daily tournaments start at 10 a.m. every day and the tournaments will run until 4 p.m. This your chance to not only become a Hearthstone Champion, but also win Newegg Gift Cards and gaming gear from E-Blue.
