Will a dual slot gpu fit in the pci 4 slot?

Yes, a dual slot GPU can fit in the PCI Express 4.0 x16 slot, which supports x4 mode.

The manual says the TPM has to be purchased separately. This is going be a huge disadvantage for Windows 11. Will ASUS eventually provide this missing module in the box?

Windows 11 works fine for me out of the box. Just have to enable a setting in BIOS.
