just want to double check, is the board compatable with an i54570?

Yes, it will work as the i5-4570 has the 1150 socket. However, if you want to take advantage of the overclocking abilities of a Z97 board, you will need a K series CPU. I am currently using the i5-4690K and it's working out great. I've had it overclocked to 4.8Ghz/1.25v without really breaking a sweat.

If I recall correctly, there are 4 RAM slots. The image appears to show 4 as well. Check the MSI site to be sure though.

Supports Crossfire, not SLI.  I would recommend investing more in your board if you plan to run very high end components with it, this is a middle of the road motherboard.

It depends on your chip. The best I could get with the i5-3670K was about 3.8Ghz (was not a great chip). With my current i5-4690K, I have overclocked up to 4.8Ghz/1.25v using a coolermaster air cooler with no overheating or any other problems.

This mobo does not come with built-in wifi, but you can attach a USB (or internal) wifi card which are pretty inexpensive.
